A new experience designed to get you optimal results

This October, participate in the ICAA Conference and Trade Show 2017, an educational retreat designed to inspire change. This unique experience will spark ideas for current and future sales, marketing, and product development efforts, while fueling collaborations and business growth. More than anything, it will ignite your future and the future of active aging.

Kick-start your experience

Your ICAA experience will start with a day dedicated to your success, as you hear from buyers in the field about their wants and needs. Sessions will feature key industry leaders in active-adult communities, independent living, life plan/continuing care retirement communities, assisted living and long-term care/therapy. Each 45-minute session will include two 15-minute presentations followed by a 15-minute Q & A.

At this workshop, you will gain a valuable "road map" that will help you reach your buyers more effectively. It is a must-attend event for anyone who sells or markets products or services to the more than 80,000 senior living communities in North America.

The registration fee to attend the one-day workshop with leaders in senior living is USD$500 per person.

Exhibitors at the ICAA Conference and Trade Show will receive a 25% discount on this fee if they register for the workshop before June 1.

Showcase your products and services

ICAA has developed three ways to showcase your latest innovations in technology, equipment and services. You will be able to talk to industry partners in person, gain market research, and make valuable business connections—all in one place. These showcase opportunities include:

Experience Lab. ICAA attendees will try a variety of your product or service offerings.

Design Lab Educational Session. Attendees will contribute their feedback to you as an industry partner, so you can design effective products and services that address all functional levels and the future needs of their clients. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the active-aging industry seizes opportunities and drives change. And share your knowledge and ideas to inspire others to reach new levels of understanding and improve quality of life for older adults.

Note: The Design Lab is the ideal setting for your product engineers, designers and managers. Bring your marketing team as well, as you will gain valuable market research during these educational sessions. This is not a sales session.

Buyers Lab. Inform attendees with whom you have socialized and collaborated about the story behind your products or services.

Exhibit fees

USD$1,895 per 10’ x 10’ booth space. A corner booth is an additional USD$100 each. Note: This is a non-union site.
