How are you, your team, and your organization ensuring the physical, emotional, and mental health of your residents and or members during the Coronavirus outbreak?
We have had our personal trainers make videos that our IT department will be setting up for residents to view in home. We are arranging to "Zoom" with residents who have the capability to do that. We have moved exercise classes outside and ensuring appropriate social distancing. We are working with our behavioral health providers to establish a process for "counseling" and our medical team has explored and prepared to offer telehealth support. Volunteers who no longer can come on campus are e-mailing cards, pictures, poems etc for us to distribute. We are offering a "fresh market" option for residents (and staff) to order grocery items from our dining service - as well as take out meals.
