[SERVE IT UP] AARP debuts pickleball clinic tour

AARP recently debuted the "AARP Pickleball Clinic Tour"  to celebrate individuals ages 50 and over who are playing the dynamic sport, and thereby promoting healthy living, social connections, and brain health.

The tour started in Chicago and already visited La Crosse, Wisconsin; Brooklyn, New York; Houston, Texas; and South Burlington, Vermont. On the agenda for August 24 and going forward are: Jackson, Tennessee; Lynchburg, Virginia; Seattle, Washington; Westminster, Colorado; Glendale, Arizona; Des Moines, Iowa; and Wichita, Kansas.

AARP said its collaborations as the Naming Rights Sponsor of the Champions and Masters Divisions with the Association of Pickleball Players Tour and the Front of Jersey Sponsor with the DC Pickleball Team of Major League Pickleball underscore its commitment to community clinics.

Clinic attendees will be able to choose from three levels of experience, including "Intro to Pickleball," "Skills & Drills," and "Open Play." More information is available at AARP.org/Pickleball.
