Its website states, "Meru Health Coaching is a personalized coaching program for stress or mild depression and anxiety symptoms. Stats: Hospital at home model grows 8-fold in under 6 months
Adoption of a hospital at home (HaH) care model surged eight-fold in less than six months with the availability of advanced remote monitoring and digital health solutions, according to a new report from consulting firm Frost & Sullivan hospital. The model, which has strong support from the US government, can extend hospital-grade care to a home setting for acute patients with conditions ranging from asthma and pneumonia to congestive heart failure.

Tech Talk: Smart speakers detect heart-rhythm problems
Researchers at the University of Washington, Seattle, have developed a new skill for smart speakers that for the first time monitors regular and irregular heartbeats without physical contact. The system sends inaudible sounds from the speaker out into a room and, based on the way the sounds are reflected back to the speaker, it can identify and monitor individual heartbeats.

Stats: 30% growth in time spent on mobile among GenX/Boomers in 2020
This 55-page (pdf format) report is chock-full of interesting data and trends re: mobile and is well worth a read, especially by marketers. As noted in the headline, GenX/Boomers (interestingly, grouped together as a single category) spent 30% more time year-to-year in their most used apps, followed by millennials, who spent 18% more time, and Gen Z, who spent 16% more time.
