Cognitive aging is a normal process that has a variety of effects on cognitive function, and is individual for each person. This session will review common changes that occur as people age, and discover how they may affect a person's life. Modifiable risk factors and lifestyle choices that may help people maintain cognitive health will be discussed as well as the limitations of the current evidence base.
