Telehealth mobile apps are a preferred channel for virtual care delivery, but generational differences persist, according to the recent JD Power 2023 US Telehealth Satisfaction Study. Active-aging organizations can play a role in facilitating access among residents, members, and staff who may not feel comfortable using the technology.
