Aging stereotypes rooted in fears for the future

Ageism (prejudice against or stereotyping of people because of their age, often used to describe discrimination against older adults) is an ongoing challenge when recruiting new people to the workforce supporting older adults, as well as a cultural challenge in general. A new study sought to discover if there was a link between ageist attitudes and anxiety about aging.
