If you think you can get active, maybe you will

Nearly half (49%) of Canada’s population ages 20 years and older said they were at least moderately active, reported the 2002/03 Canadian Community Health Survey. In this survey, “moderately active” could be achieved by walking for 30 minutes each day. What leads to reaching recommended levels of physical activity?
