Decision-making on living space boosts residents' well-being
Background in a new study recaps the evidence that indicates that social interaction is related to feelings of well-being among older adults. People who lack social interaction may feel isolated, and withdraw. The research team was curious if group decision making would influence the social interaction of residents moving into a new care home.
