Chronic exercise lowers risk of chronic pain

Recently, ICAA Research Review reported findings from Norway’s Nord-Trøndelag Health Study, a large population survey launched in 1984–1986 by gathering health histories on 75,000 people. In that report, engagement in creative and cultural activities was linked to good health (ICAA Research Review, 11[20] June 2011). A new report associates physical activity with good health in the form of less pain.
