More physical activity, less risk of cognitive decline
According to background in a new study, previous research has suggested that physical activity is associated with reduced rates of cognitive impairment in older adults. However, much of this research has relied on self-reports of physical activity, which are not always accurate, and focused on moderate or vigorous levels of activity. Would objective measures change the picture?
