Next, apply self-efficacy to exercise

Self-efficacy was likewise a component of a second study from University of Illinois researchers. They were interested in finding out if self-efficacy could affect a person’s “self-regulation” strategies (for example, setting goals, monitoring progress or asking others for support) to help them maintain an exercise program.
