Long-term care costs depend on the location

The location of long-term care services, whether geographic, in a private residence or a community, is a key determinant of costs, according to the results of a new survey. In last year’s survey from the MetLife Mature Market Institute, costs had risen more substantially than in prior years (ICAA Research Review, 11[40] November 2011). In this year’s results, costs rose at a lesser rate.
