Caregivers' positive coping may slow dementia progression

Dementia does not progress in a straight line; the types and speed of mental decline varies among individuals, influenced by factors such as physical status, personal resilience and support systems (Alzheimer’s Society UK). A new study shows that environment can also affect progression.
