Time trade-off between cooking and exercising

Between 2003 and 2010, a 24-hour recall survey was completed by 112,037 adults responding to the American Time Use Survey. The amount of time spent in leisure-time exercise and all activities related to food preparation was divided into 10-minute blocks for statistical analysis.
