Exercise improves memory and brain function

Memory loss is a symptom of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and a risk for Alzheimer’s disease. Background in a new study explained that brain function is related to memory loss. Consequently, researchers wanted to find out if exercise could benefit brain function.
