Lifestyle and personal choice advised for people 75+ with heart disease

The focus is secondary prevention, when the disease has occurred but the person has not yet experienced symptoms. (Primary prevention is aimed at preventing disease in the first place.) Examples of secondary prevention are screenings or treatment of high blood pressure, which is a risk factor for stroke.
