Physical activity associated with memory function

To explore the relationship between physical activity and memory in people with mild cognitive decline, 30 people diagnosed with mild Alzheimer’s disease and 17 individuals with mild cognitive impairment were assessed for cognitive function and memory as well as their levels of physical activity. After measurement of their walking speed, they were categorized as walking at slow speed or at a normal speed.
