TechTalk: Visually impaired navigate VR with a cane simulation
A team of engineers from Microsoft, Cornell University, and the University of Washington have developed the "Canetroller," a device that enables blind or vision-impaired individuals to navigate virtual reality (VR) environments using a simulated white cane.
