Stigma curbing participation in Alzheimer's studies
Stigma associated with Alzheimer's disease may be an obstacle to seeking information about one's risk of developing the disease and to participating in clinical studies of potential therapies, according to a U.S. national survey of beliefs, attitudes and expectations often associated with Alzheimer's.
