Afternoon exercise curbs blood sugar in type 2 diabetes
People type 2 diabetes and overweight or obesity who were physically active in the afternoon had greater reductions in blood sugar than those who were most active at other times of day, researchers from Mass General Brigham Healthcare System and Joslin Diabetes Center, both in Boston, have found. It's something to bear in mind when planning programs for your constituents.
